We could not recommend Deanna more highly. We decided to apply for my Mom’s permanent residency. She is an 80-year old widow and a citizen of India who was unable to return due to the pandemic. From the day we submitted our initial paperwork to the date we received an approval letter from the DOJ, it was exactly 4.5 months (May 2020 to Oct 2020). This was at the height of the pandemic. Deanna was very crisp and precise in her communications and took the time to patiently answer the many questions we had. She turned things around very quickly, provided realistic expectations and timelines, and was prompt in responding to any questions from Immigration. We were fortunate enough to have the recommendation from a trusted friend to seek Deanna’s services in representing our immigration filing. Our case and circumstances was unique and emotional – nonetheless, we were able to depend on Deanna, whose responsive and hard working efforts always made sure that we were not stressed and completely understood the situation each step along the way. Though we were advised patience and that the process could take up to a year and a half, in less than 6 months from filing, our case was complete and we received the permanent resident card (green card) in the mail.
